Ciara graduated in 2011 from University of Ulster and has been working in MSK private and NHS outpatient physiotherapist post since. She completed her initial undergraduate degree in 2000 in Sport and Exercise Science based at UUJ. This included a years placement working within the Sports Institute Northern Ireland completing physiology testing for elite athletes. Ciara then spent a decade working in the fitness industry in Northern Ireland before embarking on her Physiotherapy career. Ciara has a huge interest in athletics and has competed from the age of 11. She is a member of Lagan Valley Athletics Club and has gained numerous Ulster Senior/Master and Irish Championship medals. She has completed multiple marathons, half marathons and 10K events.
